- Celem przedmiotu jest zapoznanie studentów z ideą i przykładami wdrożeń tzw. inteligentnych miast, w szczególności aspektami technologicznymi tego procesu. Szczególne znaczenie ma uświadomienie uczestnikom integrującej roli informacji przestrzennej dla racjonalnego tworzenia "smart city".
- Contents of education:
- “Smart cities" - basic concepts. Standards and norms for creating smart city systems. The main systems and resources developed within smart cities (intelligent transport systems, integrated city monitoring and other security systems, spatial planning and property management, energy optimization, intelligent buildings, social geopartition systems, tourist information systems, universal access to telecommunications networks, card systems urban). Silo and horizontal management of the city and its resources. Technologies used in the construction of smart city management systems. The importance of information and communication technologies (ICT) in implementing the idea of a smart city. Integrating role of spatial information for smart city management, The importance of cartographic modeling in the effective use of geoinformation in the city. Possibilities of using spatial information and geoinformation technologies in the management of a modern city. Examples of the implementation of the Smart City idea in Poland and in the world.
